Submit Your Community Event

*As this is a Christian radio station, we ask that events submitted please fit within our values.

EVENT SUBMISSION GUIDLINES:

  1. Timing: Submit the announcement early! One month before the event is best. Allow at least a week for production time.
  2. Write: Remember that the announcement must fit within a 30 or 60-second time slot, so please don’t make it too long. 
  3. Include: Be sure to add the web address or other place viewers can go/contact to get more information directly from you. If you’d also like to include a graphic, flyer, etc., we can post it for you in the event post on our website, as well as our Facebook page. 
  4. Music: For a musical event, if possible, include an mp3 file of one of the songs to run as background.

*The station reserves the right to edit the announcement for time or content.
